- Stand up facing in the direction you want to kick
- Turn your upper body to one side without moving your feet much
- Now bring your kicking-leg up so that your knee nearly touches your chest
- Lean sideways and KICK your foot out and up – HIIIYAAAAAAA!
- Quickly bring your foot back down to the ground before you fall over
