ages to be active, eat healthy and feel great! It helps kids to measure and learn
how living a healthier life can be the coolest thing they ever do.
And it's so easy. All your child has to do, is do more of the good things they already
do for their young bodies. Be Fit ' Eat Right and Feel Good. They sign up, choose

Message from Founder and Chairman
Right now, we're facing a crisis in children's health. As children and youth keep
slipping into more and more sedentary lifestyles, they are being robbed of what
I call their future health legacy'the right to exuberant good health.'We're working
to help children and youth understand they are in charge of their own health. 'We
want to instill the 'exercise habit' at an early age and encourage these patterns
to be life-long.'That's why GoodLife Kids Foundation was created in 1998 ' to promote
physical activity, healthy eating habits and positive self-esteem. Our mission is
to reach the hearts and minds of kids'to inspire them to want to be fit and healthy.
We're encouraging kids to do three things:
- Be Fit
- Eat Right
- Feel Good
We're working with teachers across the country, and parents like you, to build a
better lifestyle for our kids. I invite you to get involved. Show your kids this
website and encourage them to participate in the Get IN2IT™ Challenge. Also,
you can find information on this site about our annual Kids Foundation events that
raise money for this important cause. With your help, we'll create a new generation
of happier, healthier Canadians.
