Please share a detailed overview of your classroom, including the general dynamics among students and staff, any accessibility needs, and whether any students use adaptive equipment. We’re also interested in understanding how your students respond to multi-step instructions, what strategies or supports you use to help them follow along, and which instructional tools—such as visual aids, prompts, or step-by-step guidance—are most effective. Additionally, please describe any challenges you anticipate when introducing physical activity into your classroom, including factors that may affect student participation or engagement.
Please describe the general fitness level of the students in your classroom and share your thoughts on whether they would benefit more from a beginner or advanced level of physical activity programming. Programming includes a mix of upper, lower, and full-body exercises. Advanced: Builds endurance and increases challenge by varying speed and breathing demands. Programming includes a mix of upper, lower, and full-body exercise.
